How to trade with the Dragon Fire trend system
The Dragon Fire MT4 system should be utilized with a period of M30 or higher. You can test it on Gold or Crude Oil as well as any Forex G10 currency combination.
It's worth noting that the PLT indicator (period 3, 7) can be used in a variety of timeframes. For example, the PLT indicator could be calculated from H1 if you trade on the M30 timeframe.
Conditions to Buy: To long an instrument, look for a Green Dot signal on the PLT indicator, which you can check using the I-Gentor LSMA & EMA blue and green lines.
Conditions to Sell: To short an instrument, the PLT indicator will display a Red Dot signal, which you must confirm using the yellow and red I-Gentor LSMA & EMA lines.
Conditions to Close a position: Taken position should be closed when the opposite Dot signal is displayed. Alternatively, an order could be closed with a predetermined Take profit of 1:1-1.5 stop loss ratio. A stop loss should be placed above/below red line of PLT Indicator plus spread.
