Forex trend oscillator can help you to pinpoint buy and sell entries in any market trend condition.
The AKF oscillator has -1 and 1 extreme oversold/overbought market values.
- The 1 value tells you that the market is extremely overbought.
- The -1 value tells you that the market is extremely oversold.
It’s important to trade this indicator in agreement with the trend.
So, you will need to combine it with a trend-following indicator in order to maximize profits.
- In an uptrending market, look to buy when the AKF indicator trades near the -1 value.
- In a downtrending market, look to sell when the AKF indicator trades near the +1 value.
Use it for scalping, day trading and swing trading purposes.
